It was fine this morning...



Then the work gang, who are tearing up the old footpath with a road drill and replacing the surface, came past and now it looks like this. We have registered a complaint already  but the person that answered the 'phone didn't know anything about any works going on here. She took my details and then a suitably oily character from the Highways Division called back and said that "someone would be along on Monday to have a look".
